Reflections on the Orlando Massacre. A few days ago the homophobic terrorist attack that took the lives of over 50 people reminded us of the fact that any community gathered together in a physical space can constitute a target, and even more so if that community is one that has been, and continues to be, subject to so much hatred.

Defender of Trans rights and member of the Alejandría Collective, Francela Méndez Rodríguez, was murdered last week in El Salvador. Various organisations, activists and international bodies have condemned this crime and are calling for an investigation into this homicide.
